Sugar Bay is an artfully decorated, two-storey luxury villa set on its own private beach in Discovery Bay.
The villa offers five air-conditioned bedrooms—four with sea views—each with en-suite bathrooms, ceiling fans, and complimentary amenities, including hair dryers.

The villa It is located less than an hour from Montego Bay Airport, within a gated seaside community in Discovery Bay.
Bright, island-style interiors with superior finishes and relaxed outdoor living spaces are complemented by the owners’ collection of original artwork and ceramics. The villa is thoughtfully designed with island living in mind, and both the kitchen and all bathrooms have been recently renovated.

The light-filled sitting room features a sweeping staircase that curves gracefully to a minstrel’s gallery, while the three upstairs bedrooms each open onto their own delightful balcony overlooking the sea.
Downstairs, a soft, grassy lawn gently slopes from the spacious veranda to the 100-foot private beach, just 30 feet away.
An infinity pool overlooks the beach, complemented by a heated Jacuzzi and a poolside seating area. There is also a seaside gazebo—perfect for morning coffee, afternoon massages, or stargazing at night.

A decked barbecue area beneath two almond trees offers an idyllic over-the-water setting for alfresco dining.

FITNESS:

* Also on site is a separate air-conditioned gym equipped with a 43'' Samsung Smart TV, treadmill, elliptical machine, upright bike, adjustable bench, free weights, yoga mats, Body Sport stability balls, and a kettlebell set.

A floodlit tennis court—also suitable for pickleball—is located in the tropically landscaped garden, racquets and balls are provided.

Staff and Service
A dedicated in-house team ensures a seamless and relaxing stay. The cook will shop for and prepare all meals, while housekeepers maintain the villa, make beds, and provide fresh towels and linens as needed. A laundress is available for light laundry, and a butler offers attentive concierge-style service.

The staff can also arrange torchlit beach dinners, sunset cocktails served on the sand, and dining by the seaside grilling area.

Puerto Seco Beach – Complimentary to guests on Discovery Bay
Located near the entrance of Fortlands Road (a 10-15 minute walk or 3 minute drive from your villa), is the newest water park & beach club to the North Coast. For various fees, guests may enjoy the large aqua park, scuba diving, snorkeling, kayaks & paddleboards. The club hosts a full service bar and restaurant as well as private beach cabanas or sun loungers for rent.

My husband and I, along with two other couples, were treated to the best vacation of our lives at this little slice of paradise.
Our staff made our vacation better in many ways...Nicole, our smart, kind and talented chef, prepared us delicious Jamaican cuisine that had us asking for recipes. Everything she prepared, including freshly caught fish, lobster and crab, was top notch from presentation to taste.
Conroy, our butler/bartender/nature hike guide/pickle ball instructor/corn hole companion/fun director was always nearby to cheerfully and gracefully help us. One day took us on a nature hike where we ate fruit from the trees and saw gorgeous blowholes - a great excursion!
Peaches, our housekeeper, took care of us behind the scenes in so many countless ways - her sweet, gentle nature melted all of our hearts.
Digga, our griller extraordinaire/ gardener/snorkeling guide, showed us the beautiful, cool spots where there is gorgeous coral and other sea life right off of our beach.
Special shout out to Fitzroy, our driver, who was always prompt and available to show us all around Montego Bay and Ocho Rios. He generously shared his knowledge of the island with interesting factoids as we safely moved around the island with him.
Finally, Vicki (from Villas In Jamaica) was extremely professional and responsive from start to finish. She is very knowledgeable about Jamaica and tirelessly worked with us to find the perfect anniversary vacation home. We can’t thank her enough for the many hours she spent with our group leading up to and during our trip!
The obvious amenities - big open porch with wet bar, the beach, the pool & hot tub, the tennis court and workout room - were all above and beyond what we expected. We left with a new appreciation for Jamaica, its natural beauty and its big hearted people! We are already saving and planning for our return trip to the unforgettable Sugar Bay Villa! The villa, the setting, the staff… all exceeded my expectations. In particular, I felt that the staff at Sugar Bay added great enjoyment to our stay and in particular, Wayne. He was unbelievably accommodating with our many requests and even took us on a personalized snorkeling trip right off our beach. Wayne’s involvement with us was above and beyond his duties and he should be commended for his part in our wonderful week.
Also, our chef Nicole was not only patient with our requests, but managed to create three incredible meals every day. Her smile and willingness to share cooking tips was refreshing. Peaches also was gracious and welcoming as well all the staff.
I am not sure which is the greater asset… the home or the staff. But together they make for a perfect vacation!


Let me begin by saying this is my first trip to Jamaica and I am so happy to have had the opportunity to visit such a beautiful place! We picked this property because the pictures were beautiful but seeing it with your own eyes is even better! The pictures do not do justice this place is amazing but what makes it even more fantastic is its amazing staff. From the moment we stepped foot into our villa we were greeted as if we were family, felt very welcomed and we were taking care of again as if we were family. We will never forget our time in Jamaica where we stayed for most of our friends that we made while we were there. We will be back. Thank you!

The welcome by the Sugar Bay staff set the tone for the perfect vacation! We have traveled extensively throughout the Caribbean and Sugar Bay has the best staff by far. The villa is beautiful and the food is the best we have experienced, not only for quality and taste but also for presentation. Everything was amazing!

The villa itself was stunning and we did have to pinch ourselves a few times to make sure we weren’t dreaming but what made it unbelievably special was the staff. There were tears when we left, all around. We will talk about this experience from start to finish not just for years to come but forever.

This is a gorgeous property but what sets it apart is the staff. They truly go above and beyond. This is our second visit to Keela Wee and I must admit it was better than the first visit. We can’t wait to see what the third visit brings!
