This beautifully maintained 10,000+ square foot villa is one of the largest and most stunning villas in the Discovery Bay area. (including main villa, annex, and all additional bedrooms)

Blending the finest of Jamaica, China and Indonesia, the furnishings at the villa give a very exotic feel to this property.
Amanoka feels much more like a retreat as there are many places to relax and meditate giving that "away from the crowd" feeling.

Enjoy your private infinity pool and large heated Jacuzzi near the 70 ft private sandy beach during the day.
Then during that early evening hour you can relax in your hammock or gather around the veranda bar for cocktails and hors d'oeuvres while your chef prepares your dinner on the outdoor grill or in the state-of-the-art kitchen with Jenn-Air double over, microwave, dishwasher, filter water system, and gas grill.

Main Villa - 6,400 Square Feet
Great Room
32” cable television + satellite, VCR, sound system (12-speakers for music inside, poolside and seaside), bumper pool and poker table ... opens to pool terrace with bamboo pavilion and Jacuzzi.

Master Bedroom - 350 sq ft
King size bed; 27” cable television + satellite; en-suite bathroom, Jacuzzi, stone shower area, bidet, his and hers vanities. Walk-in closet. French doors to outdoor sitting pavilion and pool terrace, lovely view of the bay.

Bamboo Room - 300 sq ft
King size bed; en-suite bathroom, linen-draped stone bathtub-shower combination, bidet, exotic garden view through louvered windows.

Mahogany Room - 300 sq ft
Two queen size beds; en-suite bathroom, stone bathtub-shower combination, slate vanity, bidet, lovely garden view.

Annex - 3,200 Square Feet
Upstairs
Two master bedrooms ... both king size ... each with en-suite bathroom, tub-shower combination. French doors from each to balcony, hammock and lovely view.

Downstairs
Bedroom 1 ~ King size bedroom; en-suite bathroom, walk-in shower. Walk-in closet. French doors to terrace.

Bedroom 2 ~ 2 Queen size beds, en-suite bathroom, walk-in shower. French doors to terrace.


If occupancy in excess of 14 guests is approved, a surcharge of $150 per additional guest per night will apply.

Amanoka provides dressing gowns and hair dryers.
Amanoka can accommodate a maximum of 14 adults or 12 adults and up to 2 children under 12.
If additional guests are accepted the extra person rate is $150. per night.

Puerto Seco Beach – Complimentary to guests on Discovery Bay
Located near the entrance of Fortlands Road (a 10-15 minute walk or 3 minute drive from your villa), is the newest water park & beach club to the North Coast. For various fees, guests may enjoy the large aqua park, scuba diving, snorkeling, kayaks & paddleboards. The club hosts a full service bar and restaurant as well as private beach cabanas or sun loungers for rent.

Everything went so well at Amanoka. The staff is incredible! They treated us like family and were so hospitable. Food was creative and tasty which is what I asked Cliff to do. The pool and property was perfect for our size group! Thank you for your help!


Chef Cliff did an amazing job of preparing interesting and different foods for each meal sprinkling in some local fare (those fried plantains with Caribbean salsa are addicting!) each time as we requested. Lamb, steak, jerk chicken, lobster, shrimp and fresh fish – does it get any better? We had dinners on the patio, out on the pier, and even on the beach – all executed flawlessly by the staff. Thank you!

Beautiful home and exquisite beach! Not only was the sandy shoreline flawless and the crystal clear water perfectly refreshing, but the creatively designed sun shade allowed us to enjoy it all day long!

All of the bedrooms were fabulous, and our guests remarked each morning about how comfortable their night was.

Amanoka was unbelievably wonderful in every way, highly recommend everything about it. The staff was amazing!
