Sea Grapes is a lovely six bedroom, six bath villa perfect for adults and children alike!
The villa is located in Discovery Bay about one hour from the Montego Bay Airport.

On its own sugary white sand beach cove lapped by the clear turquoise waters of Discovery Bay sits the charming home Sea Grapes. The translucent azure waters here are excellent for swimming, paddle boarding, and kayaking. Surrounding the swimming pool is a spacious grassy lawn, wonderful for children and games. Behind the house is the private tennis court, which can be lighted for night play.

The main villa has three bedrooms, all with en-suite baths, one bedroom on the ground floor and two bedrooms upstairs. One of these bedrooms has a balcony and the others have a sea view. The three bedroom cottage is casual, has three baths and is just in back of the main villa and close to the private tennis court.

That "retreat" feeling is in the air as you walk around the grounds to multiple sitting areas, lounge in your hammock, enjoy a massage in either of the gazebos: one is poolside and the other is right at the edge of the beach cove.
We are happy to arrange Massages, manicure / pedicures as well as Yoga instruction - you can plan this in advance of arrival.

Upstairs. Queen size bed; en-suite bathroom with bidet and tub-shower combination. View of grounds, pool and bay.

White Room
Downstairs. King size or twin beds at guests’ option, flat screen TV and DVD. En-suite bath with shower. View of grounds, pool and bay.

Bedroom three has a Queen bed.


Owner advises that avid snorkelers should bring their own mask and snorkel.
Tennis rackets are provided - please bring your own tennis balls.

Puerto Seco Beach – Complimentary to guests on Discovery Bay
Located near the entrance of Fortlands Road (a 10-15 minute walk or 3 minute drive from your villa), is the newest water park & beach club to the North Coast. For various fees, guests may enjoy the large aqua park, scuba diving, snorkeling, kayaks & paddleboards. The club hosts a full service bar and restaurant as well as private beach cabanas or sun loungers for rent.

The staff at the villa were wonderful! They made us feel at home, right from the moment we arrived to the moment we left! The food was wonderful. We gave the cook full control over our menu and she did not disappoint! The things to do at Sea Grapes are endless from swimming in the pool, to swimming or kayaking, to playing tennis, or just lounging in one of the many patio chairs. For everything you do at Sea Grapes, you have to follow island time! This was a nice change of pace from our normal busy lives. We have wonderful memories from our stay at Sea Grapes on the Beach. We would do it all over again in a heartbeat! Thank you!

I wanted to let you know that we had a great time and the staff was phenomenal! The cook is amazing, I want to steal her and bring her to Canada. There isn't anything that she can't cook and I mean cook good! The driver Binns was far more then a driver. He was personal assistant and escort everywhere we went. Extremely friendly and trustworthy! It's people like this that make or break the vacation!

The food was wonderful and plentiful. Kids and adults were always happy and full. Laura Lee anticipated all of our needs and was always cheerful and a joy to be around.
The house was perfect for our group of diverse ages. The kids loved the pool and snorkeling off the beach. We hope to return to Sea Grapes soon.
