Seven Seas Villa is a luxurious 5,000-square-foot estate featuring 4 spacious bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, located in the exclusive Mammee Bay Estates, just an 8-minute drive west of Ocho Rios. Guests enjoy quick access to the stunning Dunn’s River Falls—only 3-4 minutes away—offering a spectacular waterfall and beautiful beach for day trips.
The villa is staffed with a dedicated team including a cook, housekeeper, laundress, gardener, and evening security, ensuring a seamless and relaxing stay. The cook can prepare all meals tailored to your preferences, and is happy to accompany you for guided grocery shopping. Optional spa days, featuring manicures, pedicures, and massages, can be arranged upon request.
Each air-conditioned bedroom features remote controls, ceiling fans, flat-screen HD TVs, luxury linens, and en-suite bathrooms with marble vanities and rainfall showers. Set on three acres of lushly landscaped grounds with 200 palm trees, the property includes strategically placed hammocks, cozy sitting areas, a furnished 400 sq ft pool pavilion for casual dining, and an additional gazebo with seating.
Seven Seas offers a peaceful, park-like environment with ample spaces for relaxation, both indoors and outdoors. The large sitting room with TV and card table provides the perfect spot for indoor entertainment and games.

Accommodations:
2 Master Bedrooms
Both have king size four-poster beds and writing desks. Walk-in showers have marble benches and walls of tile and glass.
Bedroom 3 ~ 240 sq ft
Optional king size or 2 twin beds and 1 daybed. Bathtub/shower combination. Connecting door opens to Bedroom 4. Suitable for 2 or 3 children, a family of 3, or just 2 adults.
Bedroom 4 ~ 240 sq ft
King size bed. Walk-in shower has marble bench and walls of tile and glass. Connecting door opens to Bedroom 3 to create parent-child family suite.
Seven Seas accommodates eight guests comfortably in the four bedrooms. Two or three more children are welcome for a small additional fee of $250. US per week. One pack 'n' play is complimentary.
Ocho Rios is less than a ten minute drive from the villa with so much to do!
Enjoy water sports, day and evening boat cruises, tennis, nightlife, shopping, craft markets, music, clubs, duty free shopping, etc ... as well as many casual and elegant dining choices in Ocho Rios.
Island Village is a great stop for shopping, dining, ice cream, check times for music on the lawn.
There is a beach at Island Village - as well as Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville.

Hello Vicki Happy to tell you that our vaca at Seven Seas 7/5 to 15/25 was spectacular! Jamie’s mom, my BFF for 59 years, has been coming to Jamaica since the late 60’s when her parents purchased various villas including two in Mammee Bay and she lived there for a time in the 1980’s. I was privileged to visit often and this was my 6th time in JA and definitely the most memorable and luxurious! Denise is a gem - Jackie and Gloria too. We certainly had our fill of our favorite Jamaican food specialties! The grounds are magnificent, the sea a step away - couldn’t have imagined a better time with people I’ve considered family most of my life. And thank YOU for all your pre-planning help. It's our last night at Seven Seas and this has been the best villa vacation ever. Seven Seas is beautiful - the setting, the grounds, the furnishings and I can't say enough about the staff and their service. They are professional, kind and their friendly manner was a pleasure. Denise is a great cook and all the meals were delicious. Thank you for all your help and we look forward to our next trip with you.
Wonderful stay! We spent a week at the Seven Seas Villa and had a great time! The house and grounds are beautiful and very cozy! The pool, beach and view were great! The staff at the villa were awesome and made our vacation the best! Highly recommend Seven Seas!!
Our home for 2 glorious weeks. This was our second year in renting this villa. The villa is on well-kept grounds & is immaculate. The staff is gracious, caring & very eager to please. Denise the cook makes mouthwatering meals and her assistants Jackie, Gloria, Radcliffe keep the villa & the grounds spotless. The 3 dogs, Carrot, Sally & Sugar are friendly & very lovable. We will be booking again for a 2 week stay next year.
