Villa Paradiso is situated on a spectacular 150 foot wide, white sand beach in the gated community of Mammee Bay Estates, Ocho Rios. Surrounded by 1.75 acres of lush tropical gardens and lawns the villa comprises a large main house with 5 bedrooms, a separate 2 bedroom cottage and a king bedroom suite off the pool terrace. The cottage has a small kitchen for late refreshments or early morning coffee and a sitting room.

The staff of five will pamper you from the moment you arrive, and consists of; housekeeper, houseman, cook, chambermaid/laundress and a grounds keeper. Your rate also includes complimentary laundry. There is a kayak and some snorkeling equipment at the villa.

The main house is elegantly furnished with a two story, 45 foot vaulted ceiling living room. The room opens to ocean views through French doors to the covered veranda. Off the living room is a formal dining room. The ground floor has two large bedrooms, one opening onto the terrace.

The second floor has three bedrooms, two with private seaside balconies. This floor also has a large family room, overlooking the main floor, and is comfortably furnished and equipped with TV, computer with high speed internet access and a small library. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and are air-conditioned and with overhead fans.

The 63 foot covered first floor veranda fronts onto the pool terrace and overlooks the sea and beach.

The separate air conditioned gym comes complete with table tennis, weights, treadmill, stationary bike and excise ball.

The expansive pool terrace, with its 25 x 40 foot fresh water pool, gazebo and separate whirlpool all overlook the spectacular 150 feet of white sand beach and turquoise waters of the Caribbean.

The two bedroom cottage is a short walk (20 yards) from the main house and each bedroom shares the bath and comfortable living room. There is a small kitchen in the cottage for nighttime refreshments or early morning coffee.

The weekly rate includes the exclusive use of a 21 passenger Coach and driver for the duration of your stay.
This includes round trip airport transfers from Montego Bay to Ocho Rios
One (1) full tank of gas is provided complementary.
A driver gratuity is customary, and we suggest $280. - $300.USD Paid locally.

Clean, well kept, convenient to various attractions and safe. The staff from driver to chef were excellent. We wanted for nothing and we were treated with utmost respect and care. The villa had everything we needed for our family even a crip for my 9 mo grandson. The only area that was lacking was the life vests available… even though everyone are swimmers it would be nice to have some vests that kayakers could use to venture further offshore. On a whole a fantastic experience. I know it can be a challenge dealing with salt air. but as an interior designer I observed that window treatments could use some much needed updating, as well as some repairs of window latches, however with that being said we had a glorious time and do plan to return

Villa Paridiso was beyond our expectations.  We took our employee’s (and spouses) to enjoy a week of relaxation and this place did not disappoint….from the AMAZING beach, pool, location and accommodations to the unbelievable staff (Danion, Janice, Ronnie, Nicola, Michael and Jermaine) …..they made sure everything we needed and wanted was taken care of with a smile. There were 12 of us and every single person in our group was so impressed and grateful to experience this home away from home in Paradise. Would definitely recommend this vacation spot 100 times over. Thank you for sharing your special place with us, we are forever thankful

We stayed at Villa Paradiso with 12 people to celebrate a 60th birthday! The house and staff were wonderful. The beach right in your own backyard was fabulous! The Chef's food was delicious and he made exceptions for a non seafood eater and other dietary issues. Ronnie (driver) was very helpful too. Its just a great all in one place to stay

My family and I stayed for 9 nights and the property is amazing as well as all the staff who treated us with outstanding service, helpful in all ways, went out of their ways to please us, and a wonderful time had by all. It was hard to leave. Chef Danien was an amazing cook who created meals for everyone and catered to my grandsons with allergies. Every meal was absolutely delicious! The butler, Jermaine went out of his way to please us in every way, and always with a smile. The groundskeeper, and housekeeping staff kept everything looking great. Truly an amazing vacation and hope to be back again someday!
