About Afimi Beach House Villa - Montego Bay Jamaica

Afimi Beach House in Montego Bay is located in a lovely seaside residential neighborhood named Lagoons, the Beach House is one of the newest homes in this collection with four bedrooms and four baths ... each bedroom has it's own cell phone - clients must purchase a phone card to use this phone please.

Its prize location is a beach front acre on a lovely calm body of water. Lovers of water sports will revel in this location, as there is a 13ft Hobi Cat for guests enjoyment, along with two kayaks and snorkeling equipment. Also enjoy the WIFI on the computer at the villa, and Internet Radio, DVD and CD players, and board games!

The state-of-the-art kitchen features granite countertops, 48" Sub-Zero refrigerator, 48" Wolf stove with warming drawer, Sub-Zero wine cooler, Kitchen Aid microwave, dishwasher and Hoshiski ice maker. Just outside are a gas/electric BBQ grill for fabulous meals of jerk chicken, jerk pork, lobster and steaks.

An inside dining area adjoins the living room. But most guests opt for the shaded verandah for home-cooked breakfasts, lunches and dinners. This comfy furnished verandah, with private Tiki Hut bar, is also the gathering spot for drinks and hors d'oeuvres as the sun sets over the point just beyond the Beach House beach. For a sea side getaway, enjoy your morning coffee, afternoon nap or cocktails at sunset in the seaside lounge bed on your own private beach ...

If you wish to dine away from the villa one evening "The Houseboat" is just five minutes away and offers an excellent menu on a floating restaurant with a wonderful view over the water. Let us know if you would like to dine there and we can make a special reservation prior to arrival if you wish; birthday, anniversary or your very special occasion!

Swim and snorkel out to the reef. Take the Kayaks, or Hobi Cat, around the point for glorious sunsets and then refresh in your seaside private pool. A new ping pong table and a dart board have just been added. Whatever your fancy is you are sure to be pampered at Beach House ... make your reservation early as this villa books a year in advance with lots of repeat guest!

For an additional fee pickup on beach can be arranged for water skiing, para-sailing scuba diving or excursions to the sand bar. Nearby are golf, rafting, mountain biking, sailing, sport fishing, diving and much more for the sports-minded.

You can also enjoy the community fitness center and tennis court that is a short walk from villa. There is also a large shared pool in this area for guests to enjoy.

Dear Vicki, Everything at Beach House was outstanding. The staff went above and beyond in every aspect. We felt like we became friends with the staff, especially Colroy, he has longtime experience with customer service and we could definitely tell. All of our meals were very good and the villa was very clean. I saw butler, housekeeper, and gardener always working around the clock to sweep up sand, clean our rooms, and rake the beach. The staff attended to everyone’s needs, this includes the driver Jay who did a phenomenal job at taking us around and went out at night. Overall, we were so pleased with our stay and memories were created for a lifetime. The wedding went off extra well. I am already trying to gather friends together so we can return to Jamaica!
