The Villa is located on Emerald Cay a serene gated peninsula 300 meters wide surrounded by the ocean in an exclusive beachfront gated community and yet is only at a 20-minute drive from the Airport. It has 6,900 square feet of living space that includes the 5 bedrooms with spacious en suite luxury baths and a powder room. All bedrooms have walk-in closets, organic bathroom products, comfy bathrobes, quiet remote controlled air conditioning, ceiling fans, 60" flat screen HD TV's with cable and personal safes for your valuables, passports, etc.

Everything Nice has a unique covered Outdoor Jamaican Bar overlooking the pool and the sea. Another feature is the bespoke waterfall wall.
Your Butler is an expert mixologist and will be happy to serve you drinks to make your holiday completely relaxing.

Downstairs / Ground Floor - Bedroom 1 - King Bed - Luxury Bathroom with outdoor shower. Bedroom has double doors that open to verandah- Just steps from the Swimming pool and beachfront.

Upstairs / Bedroom 2 - First Master Bedroom Suite. King Bed with large windows and open doors with amazing ocean views and direct access to large open verandah with sumptuous outdoor wicker furniture sofas. This veranda overlooks both the swimming pool and the ocean with beautiful views of the distance mountains. Inside the bedroom there is a 55 inch Flat screen TV. Luxurious en-suite bathroom with shower and double vanity sinks, and views to ocean. Pull out sofa bed.

Upstairs / Bedroom 3 - Second Master bedroom Suite. King Bed, Pull out Sofa bed. Bright Large Bedroom with double doors that open to the veranda with its own private seating area and direct views to the swimming pool and ocean. Large Luxurious En-suite bathroom with plenty of natural light and views of the lush tropical gardens. Features double showers, freestanding bathtub, large double vanity. This bathroom also benefits from a separate Dressing Table and chair.

Upstairs / Bedroom 4 - Garden bedroom - King bed with luxurious en-suite bathroom with shower. This bedroom benefits from a large walk out verandah overlooking the lush tropical gardens. There are Teak lounge chairs for sunning or reading your favorite book or just taking in the beautiful view. Fantastic chilling spot for afternoon tropical drinks!

Upstairs / Bedroom 5 - Twin bedded bedroom with luxurious en-suite bathroom. This bedroom can also be converted to a King bedroom.

One can also arrange massages and spa treatments to help you completely unwind.

Good morning Vicki, First, I would like to personally thank you Vicki for all of your help and answering all of my questions, without hesitation during the booking process. I was so skeptical about booking because I had found your website online and had no known experience to go off of, only the reviews. Let me say that you are so very professional and your customer service is unmatched!
From when we arrived in Montego Bay, Kenya helped us immediately and made sure we made it to our driver, King! King is so very professional and knows of all of the hotspots in Jamaica. He recommended river tubing, which was amazing and helped us find other excursions during our stay. He was very polite at all times and made sure we were secure and safe! He went above and beyond to fulfill all of our request daily without hesitation!

When we arrived at the Villa, everything exceeded our expectations! The home and the views were amazing! Everything was spotless and breathtaking! The house staff were incredible!
Carl was so chill and cool but attended to our every need! He kept everyone in order at all times, lol! Prince was also very attentive and polite at all times and made sure the property was secure every night! Cardi and her assistant made sure our laundry was done and folded everyday and our beds were made! She also showed us some dance moves! Pitbull took care of any maintenance issues we had and took awesome photos of us, every night, for every themed dinner we had!
Lastly, Tameika! Oh Tameika was beyond amazing! I don’t know whether to compliment her or send her a bill for us all gaining a few pounds because of those amazing meals! Those meals were so delicious and delightful! She was able to work with our budget and still deliver quality dishes every night! She went above and beyond the call of duty, every time!
Overall, these wonderful people made us feel like family and we couldn’t be more happy. We were a party of 9 and no one had anything bad to say about anyone! I celebrated a girls trip for my upcoming marriage and I couldn’t be more happier to choose this location and villa! Hi Vicki, Everything Nice by the Sea was absolutely gorgeous!!! The food the staff simply AAAHHH—MAYY—-ZINNGG!!! Tamika definitely served authentic food!! I was home!! Carline and Dion are wonderful ladies full of energy... Prince is a keeper very attentive … Carl and Pit Bull were awesome our personal body guards.. WE LOVED IT!! definitely will be booking again. Just genuinely good people! Tamieka the Chef was very accommodating to our food request. We also had a strict vegan in our group and she made the best vegan meals EVER!! He never felt deprived at any meal. I really can’t say enough about how phenomenal they were. I would highly recommend booking this villa. I’m truly spoiled from the service and stay at this villa."
