About Fairway Manor Villa - Montego Bay Jamaica

Fairway Manor is a luxurious 10,000+ square foot private villa in Montego Bay overlooking the famous Half Moon golf course with a commanding 180 degree view of the azure Caribbean Sea. The main level has five air-conditioned bedrooms on the pool level, all with en-suite bath (all air-conditioners are brand new Panasonic Inverters, which are extremely quiet!)

The main floor living space has multiple seating areas, casual dining areas and a large wet bar with fridge and ice maker. Just across from the bar is a traditional style pool table, 52 TV with Wii, DVD and a library of movies. Sound system that will plug into phones and tablets.
From this main level you can walk right out to your heated infinity pool, pool deck, granite bar gazebo with fridge, wet bar, BBQ. and 32 jet heated Jacuzzi. You will also find an outdoor shower tucked in around the corner. Just to your left is a large grassy yard to be enjoyed by children and adults alike ... and opposite of the lawn across the pool deck is the "Games Room" with air hockey, foosball and ping pong!

The second floor at Fairway Manor has two additional bedrooms with A/C and ceiling fans, both with en-suite baths - one with a large whirlpool tub. The large second floor living area has a 52' TV with DVD player and comfortable seating. This living area has a CD player as well. Enjoy the 900 square foot balcony from this living room and both bedrooms. The views are delightful both day & night! All but one of the seven bedrooms at Fairway Manor faces the sea. (2 roll a ways available)

We would be remiss if we didn't mentioned the wonderful staff at Fairway Manor! Apart from routine duties, Butler Roy Tomlinson actually designed and laid out all the gardens on the property, and planted them with help from staff members Richard, Olive, Veronica and Janet! Roy will arrange for your complimentary passes to Half Moon. Ask him to play golf with you if you wish! He's an excellent golfer and his green fees are unlimited at Half Moon, just like all guests at Fairway Manor! Half Moon is a five minute drive from Fairway Manor!

UPPER LEVEL
Master Bedroom 1 - 300 sq ft
King size 4-poster bed. French doors open to balcony and vast view. Spacious en-suite bathroom has Jacuzzi and walk-in shower with beautiful view of colorful gardens.

Master Bedroom 2 - 300 sq ft
Optional king size or twin beds. En-suite bathroom has tub/shower combination. French doors open to balcony and vast view.

Living Room - 1,200 sq ft
Spacious high-ceiling room with entertainment center with 52” TV and DVD. Comfortably furnished on cool marble floors. Adjacent dining area seats up to 16 guests. A wonderfully dramatic architectural feature is the seamless 20’ north window, completely open and of the best vantage points for viewing the many blues of the Caribbean Sea, the big sky and unforgettable sunsets. This just may be the best seat in town.

LOWER LEVEL - 5 king size beds ~ or 1 king + 8 twins
Bedrooms 3, 4, 5, 6 - 240 sq ft each
King size or twin beds at guests’ option. En-suite bathrooms have tub/shower combinations. Bathroom 5 has a wonderful outdoor shower. French doors open each bedroom to the lower veranda, private pool and lawn.

Bedroom 7 - 300 sq ft
Fine for adults, ideal for children of parents in connecting Bedroom 6. Optional king size or twin beds and small outdoor sitting area. En-suite bathroom has tub-shower.

The Hope Hospital is located at Half Moon ... and the Half Moon Shopping Village with ATM, restaurants and medical facility is right there as well.  The Shoppes of Rose Hall with fine jewelry stores, clothing and Wi-Fi coffee shop are 4 minutes away.  Colorful Montego Bay, Doctor’s Cave Beach Club and the “hip strip” are a short drive from the villa.

Hi Vicki, We had a fabulous time at Fairway Manor & were sad to leave…of which the staff was a big reason! They interacted with the kids, esp Roy being around more, & the kids loved the attention. We also enjoyed playing pickleball with him! The consensus was that all the meals/food were delicious. Kudos to Charles.
Richard got the award for most joyful…ALWAYS a big smile! the housekeepers/laundress were most pleasant, sweet & helpful.
O’Neal was always ready to drive us wherever we wanted to go. He also was informative about the history, geography and culture of the island.

Dear Vicki, Our stay at Fairway Manor went very well! ... everyone who attended said it was great and we all look forward to coming back to Jamaica and specifically to Fairway Manor. The staff, amenities, location and overall ease of planning were very appreciated, and the entire trip exceeded our expectations and we all had an awesome time! Roy, the butler, was very helpful in getting us the Half Moon Club cards and helped us plan our day trips and book our golf times. Roy was extremely helpful during our stay and we very much enjoyed his help and attention to our needs.
We did have everything setup for the birthday celebration! Thank you! The staff were prepared and everything was set for our arrival at the house and for the pre-stock meals and supplies. Again, we all had an awesome time! Thank you!


The staff was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. We completely felt comfortable and well kept. Always a smile. Loved having the tennis court and access to Half Moon. We were able to tour other houses around the area and this one was the best!

Everyone was so great with the children. The staff could not have been any better! Very comfortable house. We were very pleasantly surprised by the new decor. Beautiful! It was extremely clean, the linens first rate. The AC worked great in the evenings. Hope to bring the whole family back real soon.

Home exceeded our expectations. So roomy and beautifully decorated. This is our third year renting a home in Jamaica and this was by far the best.
Staff couldn’t have been any better. The food was fantastic and Roy and Charles made sure we were all well taken care off.

The staff and service was exceptional. Their level of attention was on par and it was impressive how child-friendly each staff member was. Each meal was delicious and well-made. Special thanks to the concessions made for the kids. Everything was perfect. Very impressed with the included laundry service, the tennis courts, and game room.
