About Silent Waters Villa - Montego Bay Jamaica

Silent Waters Villa is a premier Caribbean luxury villa located in Montego Bay, Jamaica. The exclusive 16 + acre property is situated on one of the highest hilltops overlooking Montego Bay with 330-degree panoramic views of the ocean and surrounding hillsides. Located on the north coast just 8 miles west of Sangster International Airport, 5 miles from the city of Montego Bay's restaurants, shopping and nightlife, and two miles from the beach, Silent Waters Villa offers a unique blend of easy access and private seclusion.

Silent Waters Villa's primary focus is the year-round rental of its six private villa suites that can accommodate as many as 20 guests. The entire villa property is rented to only one party of guests at any given time, thereby providing complete seclusion and privacy for the guests.

Your staff of 14 at Silent Waters will include a property manager, head chef, assistant chef, butler/bartender, three housekeepers/food servers, maintenance supervisor, three gardeners and security guard. All meals prepared in the professional and fully equipped kitchen at Silent Waters.

Accommodations
Guest rooms consist of 5 individual detached villa suites, each under separate roof, which accommodate a total of 18 guests. The Owner's Suite can also be rented which can accommodate an additional 2 adults. Each suite is equipped with TV and stereo.

Owner's Private Suite
Surrounded on 3 sides by a lily pond, the Owner's Suite at Silent Waters is in itself, its own private retreat. Featuring a spacious Master Bedroom with king size bed, en-suite bathroom, private pool and separate living, dining and kitchen areas.

Additionally, the property has been host to numerous private special events and weddings and can accommodate an intimate sit-down dinner for 20 guests, a buffet dinner for 54 guests or an elegant cocktail party for 150 or more guests. Clientele has included corporate executives in need of a private respite, as well as discerning celebrities seeking the cache of the property's beautiful scenic setting, indulgent cuisine and the luxurious and relaxing Jamaican hospitality. A sophisticated electronic security and video system throughout the property, as well as full-time security guards, ensure that only invited parties may enter the property.

The privately owned villa is a labor of love and host for its owner's exquisite and extensive collection of Asian and Oriental art antiquities, furnishings and carpets. The villa was built in 1998 and is a distinctive mixture of Balinese and Thai-style architecture consisting of the Owner's Master Suite and five individual private detached guest house/suites, each under separate roof, with elaborate en-suite bathrooms, Far Eastern furnishings and decor. The suites have been carefully situated to ensure privacy from other guests, while still providing breathtaking seaside and mountain views. The indoor and outdoor settings for each villa capitalize on the property's expansive and heavily landscaped grounds and pools.

Please note all guests will incur the Temporary Membership Fee of US $32. + 17.5% service charge) per visit per person.
Children between the ages of 13 and 15 years pay a discounted rate of US $16 plus a 17.5% service charge.
For children 12 years and younger, the Temporary Membership Dues are complimentary.

Plan to pay this TMD fee at the Front Desk in the Great House when you check in for your visit.

Amenities include the Tryall private beach, non-motorized water sports such as kayaks, paddle boards, snorkeling equipment, tennis, the air-conditioned fitness room, Usain Bolt games room & Internet Room, both located in the Great House, jogging trails, the Hummingbird Kids Club, Great House afternoon tea, the Manager's Cocktail Party and various special events.

*Membership will also include Afternoon Tea - served daily and a weekly manager's cocktail party for all guests. You can also enjoy the large Great House Pool.
