The villa’s estate includes 12 buildings, a private tennis court, two infinity pools, and a helicopter pad. Across five detached villas and the owner's private villa are numerous exquisitely designed rooms that reflect fine architecture, decor, and design. Guest rooms consist of 5 individual detached villa suites, each under separate roof, which accommodate a total of 18 guests. The Owner's Suite can also be rented which can accommodate an additional 2 adults. Each suite is equipped with TV and stereo.

Owner's Private Suite
Surrounded on 3 sides by a lily pond, the Owner's Suite at Silent Waters is in itself, its own private retreat. Featuring a spacious Master Bedroom with king size bed, en-suite bathroom, private pool and separate living, dining and kitchen areas.

Additionally, the property has been host to numerous private special events and weddings and can accommodate an intimate sit-down dinner for 20 guests, a buffet dinner for 54 guests or an elegant cocktail party for 150 or more guests. Clientele has included corporate executives in need of a private respite, as well as discerning celebrities seeking the cache of the property's beautiful scenic setting, indulgent cuisine and the luxurious and relaxing Jamaican hospitality. A sophisticated electronic security and video system throughout the property, as well as full-time security guards, ensure that only invited parties may enter the property.

The privately owned villa is a labor of love and host for its owner's exquisite and extensive collection of Asian and Oriental art antiquities, furnishings and carpets. The villa was built in 1998 and is a distinctive mixture of Balinese and Thai-style architecture consisting of the Owner's Master Suite and five individual private detached guest house/suites, each under separate roof, with elaborate en-suite bathrooms, Far Eastern furnishings and decor. The suites have been carefully situated to ensure privacy from other guests, while still providing breathtaking seaside and mountain views. The indoor and outdoor settings for each villa capitalize on the property's expansive and heavily landscaped grounds and pools.
