Delicious home-cooked meals prepared by the Pharos cook are served on Royal Worcester china on the open-air poolside verandah. As a special treat on moonlit nights, meals are served on the terrace beyond the pool overlooking the romance of lights reflecting across the bay. Memorable dinners here can last for hours as guests relax into the heady ambiance of good food and drink, excellent service, and a magnificent setting. 

The interiors of this spacious Colonial manor have been refreshed with Laura Ashley fabrics, pretty pastel wall colors, and renovation of the kitchen and all bathrooms. The large living room opens to the covered dining terrace, casual sitting area, and wet bar. Just beyond are the spacious open terrace and pool. Four bedrooms and the study (which can accommodate one or two extra guests) are on the main level. A mahogany staircase leads upstairs to two more spacious bedrooms.

Because the bedrooms are configured in three separate areas (two in the east wing, three in the west wing, and two upstairs), Pharos is as appropriate for small groups of only 2, 4, or 6 guests as it is for a full house of 14. It does not feel like “too much house” for one or two couples and is wonderful for families ...............

Pink Room West Wing
King size or twin beds at guests’ option, en-suite bathroom with tub-shower combination, opens to west porch with hammock; also opens to pool terrace.

Green Room West Wing
Double bed, private bathroom with wheelchair accessible shower and wheelchair friendly bathroom seat, opens to west porch and hammock.

Yellow Room East Wing
King size or twin beds at guests’ option, en-suite bathroom with tub-shower combination, connecting door to Lavender Room; opens to pool terrace.

Lavender Room East Wing
King size or twin beds at guests’ option, en-suite bathroom with tub-shower combination, connecting door to Yellow Room; opens to pool terrace.

Study West Wing
Shares West Wing with Green Room. Twin beds, small porch; shares hall bathroom with Green Room. Ideal for child of parents in Green Room. Air-conditioned.

Hello Vicki, We absolutely loved everything about Summertime Villa especially the kind, thoughtful, generous, loving and very helpful staff! This was a dream vacation that I had the blessed opportunity to experience. The property itself was huge and so beautiful! We hung out most of the time at the outdoor dinner table and pool. The food that Oliver cooked daily was so delicious and better than any restaurant I have been. Dwight didn't let us want for anything, everyone on this staff is truly outstanding and go out of their way to make sure you have a wonderful time from beginning to end! Ms. Molly was so sweet & loving always had a smile on her face. Ms. Marvette & Ms. Niesha make us feel at home as well, just a great staff all around!
It was a plus to have a van to get you safely to and from, Sherman was a great driver with lots of useful knowledge about Jamaica. I would recommend Summertime Villa and this staff to everyone! They made us feel at home as soon as we got off the plane and arrived at our home for the week! Not only did we hate to leave but so did all our kids. We will rent this villa again very soon! We felt very relaxed in this resort-style paradise! This is “our” spot! It was great seeing the staff again – no changes in their excellent service. Oliver was on his “A” game – terrific food! Omar, as always, so very gracious, and Marvette keeps things going! The mattresses were very comfortable, and the place looked great!

The staff at Summertime were all wonderful! They made us feel like we were at home. Always smiling, and going above and beyond for everyone. This is a beautiful property with great character. We just can’t say enough about how wonderful our 2-week stay has been!
