Frangipani Villa is a stunning 4-bedroom luxury retreat located on the prestigious and historic Prospect Estate in Ocho Rios, Jamaica.
The newest villa in the collection, Frangipani offers elegance, privacy, and direct access to the sparkling Caribbean Sea—perfect for families or couples seeking a serene island escape.
Each of the villa’s air-conditioned bedrooms features a private verandah, en-suite bathroom, and an additional powder room.
The spacious living room is equipped with satellite TV, DVD player, CD stereo, telephone, and DSL internet access—ideal for relaxing or staying connected while on vacation.
The villa’s central verandah leads to a large private pool with a sun deck and steps down to a jetty, where guests can walk directly into the calm, crystal-clear waters of the Caribbean.
As part of the Prospect Estate Villas, Frangipani comes fully staffed with a cook, butler, maid/laundress, and night security.
Guests also enjoy complimentary access to the estate’s tennis court, mini-golf course, and horseback riding and jitney tours—all just a short walk away.
On-site villa managers are available to greet and assist you throughout your stay, ensuring a warm welcome and personalized service.

From villa management:
There is 5% service charge for pre-stocking and if settling via credit card, there is a 5% credit card user fee.
There is also the option for the guests to shop with the chef or alone, which does not attract any fees.
We provide our chefs with a credit order sheet to shop on the guests’ behalf at the supermarket.
The guests are given a printout of the supermarket bill and for settling the bill, we take a portable credit card machine to the villa for settling.
There is also the option to pay cash.
NOTE: Added to each rate is an occupancy tax of $1. US per bedroom per night.
If cancelled 61 days prior to arrival the penalty to cancel is 20% of the deposit
If cancelled 60 days or closer to their arrival date all payments are non-refundable.
The owner will not refund for late arrivals, early departures or no shows.
Owner requires ten nights (10) over Christmas and New Years
