Frankfort is possibly the most desirable historic property in Jamaica.
The villa's secluded 300 ft. white sand beach is an attraction that has been enjoyed by some of the greatest luminaries of the 20th century including:

The main house has a living, dining and powder room downstairs and 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
The upstairs bedrooms all open out to a recently added full-length balcony, which covers the downstairs patio as well. (see bedding below & other bedroom details)
A few yards away from the main house is "School House" cottage with an additional two bedrooms and two bathrooms. (see bedding below & other bedroom details)

Accommodations in the Schoolhouse:
A cut stone path leads 60 feet across the lawn to the old Schoolhouse, built in 1953 for the Mitchells’ only daughter, Mary Jean. While Sir Harold and Prime Minister Churchill were meeting in the main house, little Mary Jean’s care and education were looked after here by her nanny and her tutor. Some years later, a second story was added and the Schoolhouse was converted to an air-conditioned cottage with Frankfort’s fourth bedroom.

From villa management:

There is 5% service charge for pre-stocking and if settling via credit card, there is a 5% credit card user fee.

There is also the option for the guests to shop with the chef or alone, which does not attract any fees.

We provide our chefs with a credit order sheet to shop on the guests’ behalf at the supermarket.

The guests are given a printout of the supermarket bill and for settling the bill, we take a portable credit card machine to the villa for settling.

There is also the option to pay cash.

NOTE: Added to each rate is a tax of $1. US per bedroom per night.

If cancelled outside of 60days prior to arrival the penalty to cancel is 20% of the deposit

If cancelled 60 days or closer to their arrival date all payments are non-refundable.

The owner will not refund for late arrivals, early departures or no shows.

Owner requires ten nights (10) over Christmas and New Years
