This glamorous estate, features a six bedroom main house with two pools and a new 4 bedroom villa with it's own circular infinity pool & Jacuzzi.
There are ample sundecks, lounge chairs, shade umbrellas and casual sitting areas poolside.

The villas were build to maximize the stunning views ... you can even see the cruise ships as they come into Ocho Rios.

Managere note: while villa owners strive to maintain all amenities in perfect working condition, Jacuzzis and hot tubs cannot be guaranteed. These units contain complex parts that may occasionally break down and can be challenging to replace promptly. We appreciate your understanding.

All-inclusive packages are available, or you can pay for groceries on the Island.

Guests have two options when it comes to how to pay for their food and drinks. Guests can either choose the ALL-INCLUSIVE PACKAGE when they pay for their villa, which covers all expenses upfront, or they may choose to pay for the groceries purchased at the end of their stay. Either way, we will do all the shopping for you!

Cancellations and Penalties:

No penalty for cancellations 91 days or more prior to arrival

Penalty is based on total booking cost

25% penalty for cancellations 90 to 61 days prior to arrival

50% penalty for cancellations 60 to 46 days prior to arrival

100% penalty for cancellations 45 days or less prior to arrival

An administration fee applies to all cancellations
