"Scotch on the Rocks" is a delux 5 bedroom villa, resting on Ocho Rios's beautiful Sandy Bay. The villa features a fresh water pool, a private gym, pier and gazebo, a sandy swimming area, and a wide veranda and deck, overlooking the crystal clear Caribbean Sea.   They have recently added an infinity jacuzzi on the upper deck that has a full sea view.

"Scotchie," as the house is affectionately known, has recently been refurbished. The master suite has a king-sized bed, as well as a sitting area, balcony and dressing room. The master bath was just re-tiled and a new glass shower put in to replace the bathtub, as well as two new vanity sinks & a new commode. The two additional air-conditioned bedroom upstairs have queen-sized beds have balconies with spectacular views of the sea and both baths have walk in showers. There are new Haiku ceiling fans in all bedrooms upstairs.

On the ground level you will find the forth air-conditioned bedroom which has the option of one king bed or two twin beds. Just let us know what's best for you. This bedroom has a private en-suite bath with a walk in shower. A new 24000 Panasonic Inverter AC init and a new Haiku ceiling fan was installed in Feb 2017.

The fifth bedroom is located off the main house and has the option of one king bed and two twins, or four twin beds. This bedroom also opens onto the veranda. All 5 bedrooms have air conditioning, fully tiled bathrooms, mahogany or travertine floors, antique Jamaican furniture and flat screen televisions with cable/DVD players. Each bedroom is luxurious and comfortable with fine bed linens, plush duvets and down pillows.

"Scotchie's" living areas are also elegant yet unpretentious. The villa's clean and fresh decor is tastefully accented with Jamaican mahogany furniture, travertine tile floors, intricate fretwork, Caribbean art, and eclectic accessories. Scotch on the Rocks has two dinning rooms (indoor and outdoor), a living/television room with plush, oversized couches, 42" flat screen television and a DVD/VCR/CD player. Flowing from the living room is the wide veranda and deck with an almost 180 degree view of the horizon. This veranda and deck are the heart of the house and are perfect for relaxing or dining.

Scotch on the Rocks has a staff of five, including a Cook, Butler, Housekeeper and Gardener, who will ensure that all your general needs are met. Perhaps you would like to eat lobster under the stars? No problem. A Sunday BBQ can easily be arranged. A boat tour of the beautiful coastline? Only a phone call away. Even before you arrive, feel free to make any special requests so that prior arrangements can be made. In addition, the staff will organize your initial meals, which can be paid for after you arrive. Food supplies for the rest of your stay can also be ordered, or you can select these yourself in Ocho Rios, the choice is yours.

We had a great time at Scotch on the Rocks! The villa was amazing. The layout, furniture, everything was in great condition and we loved spending time there. The paddle boards and kayaks were super, it has everything we needed.
The staff were all fantastic. So attentive. They went above and beyond for my mother in laws birthday, with a happy birthday banner, balloons and a fabulous table setting. It was vert much appreciated. We were well catered for and they were very sweet with the children too. The food was fantastic! We always had enough to eat and Cherry was very happy to do anything we wanted.
The airport transfers were great. It took an hour and half each way. Both drivers were polite and friendly. We had a super time and we would love to go back!
