Sun Spot Villa in Runaway Bay is set in a lush, well maintained garden, directly on a beautiful stretch of white sand beach,
Walk from your own beautiful free-form private pool, through the grounds and out the gate to the sandy shores of Runaway Bay - one of the best beaches in Jamaica along the North Coast. There is plenty of sun deck space and lounge chairs to soak up the sun for carefree afternoons!

The charm of Sun Spot continues to radiate from room to room, inside and out.
This bright beachfront villa with high-beamed ceiling has six bedrooms and seven bathrooms.
All bedrooms are fully air conditioned with ceiling fans and flat screen TV's with Cable.
There is a new Games Room with plenty of games for all, as well as a large screen TV and comfortable seating.

A short distance from Sun Spot is the beautiful manicured golf course and the fabulous Water Park of the Jewel Resort - great for kids and adults a like!
Guests can enjoy water slides and water falls as well as inner-tubing on the "lazy river" ... also a casual bar and grill for cold drinks & snacks. Fun for all!
Entrance fees would apply to all activities & water park at the Jewel Resort.

Main Villa:
Bedroom 1 has 2 queen beds
Bedrooms 2, 3, 4 have one queen bed

Cottage:
Bedroom 5 has 1 queen bed
Bedroom 6 has 2 twin beds / or 1 king

The main house consists of four bedrooms, five baths, fully equipped kitchen, dining and living room which features French doors to patio, large gazebo and pool area with garden and sea views.
Across the courtyard area bring you to the two bedroom cottage - both bedrooms have a private bath.
Note that most baths have glass walk in showers and marble vanities.

This villa comes with a coordinator, cook, housekeeper and houseman.

Dear Vicki. We had a great time at Sun Spot! The staff at Sun Spot were pleasant and very discrete in their manner. The cook was very good and the meals were delicious. The grounds were immaculate and the beach was clean and easily accessible. Dear Vicki, Sunspot, and especially the staff, were amazing, beyond all of our expectations. The staff was extremely professional and courteous, while still making us feel at home. The meals, on the Meal Plan, were EXCELLENT, the dishes were excellently picked. The meal planning was great, they mad adjustments when we asked and Erica was so great in helping us with the extra shopping. The villa was super clean. Without doubt Sunspot was one of the best Villas I have rented for my family in recent times and we have stayed in Villas worldwide. From the arrival at the Villa to our departure I cannot be more complimentary of ALL the Staff at the Villa, how they interacted with us as guests and the whole service experience was excellent.., not overly intrusive but professional and well organized. Should I be looking to stay at a Villa in Jamaica again then without doubt Sunspot will be high on my list of possibilities as I would not hesitate in staying at Sunspot again.


Stayed during covid quarantine - but it was a great way to be quarantined! Pool and beach access perfect for a staycation... Chairs and umbrellas were set up daily at the beach. Erika was absolutely the best! She came by everyday to check in and she was able to get all food/beverage requests for 11 very different preferences/picky eaters! Wayne was also great in responding and answering all questions quickly via email prior to the trip! A few extra details that would’ve been nice... drink/alcohol or snack service at the pool and beach.
