Aptly named, Sweet Spot is ideally located directly on the beach in Runaway Bay. A beautiful 7,000 square foot 6-Bedroom charming villa with a large private pool, poolside wet bar and a garden that is perfect for badminton, volleyball, or croquet! Fully staffed to take care of all of your needs! (Butler, cook, housekeepers, laundress and gardener)

New games area now includes a pool table, poker table, table tennis, darts and electronic games.
An audio video area houses state of the art video, TV and audio systems for the guests.
Another complete building for a gym was added. Attached to this building is a new hot tub that overlooks the large pool on one side and the sea on the other.
There is also a new barbecue and sitting area adjacent to the games area which allows for intimate dining opportunities in the outdoors.

Located on a wide sandy beach,10,000 square feet, Sweet Spot is perfect for family vacations!
The 12,000 square foot lawn is perfect for the lawn games that are provided and is beautifully landscaped & maintained by the Sweet Spot gardener!

Bedroom 1 (Downstairs)
Two double beds, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, bidet. French doors open to an interior courtyard, pool and lawn. Handicap accessible.

Bedrooms 2 & 3
King size beds, en-suite bathrooms with tub-shower combination. French doors open to balcony and gorgeous ocean view.

Bedroom 4
King size, en-suite bathroom with separate shower and Jacuzzi tub plus bidet. French doors open to balcony and gorgeous ocean view.

Bedrooms 5 & 6
King size beds, en-suite bathrooms with tub-shower combination, bidet. Front bedroom has ocean view. Back bedroom has golf course view. Both adjoin air-conditioned study with stereo, television, computer and Internet access.

Walk the beach, snorkel all day, or take your kayaks / paddle boards out and enjoy the peaceful waters of Runaway Bay!
Either way please let your experienced staff take great care in planning your meals, making delicious cocktails or plan a barbecue by the pool!
They will be happy to set up a sunset bonfire on the beach if you wish!

They were more than accommodating for our requests and worked hard to ensure a pleasant stay.
The meals were excellent. We all came back heavier than arrival!

We had a WONDERFUL TIME!! I couldn’t have asked for a better anniversary!
The Dinner on the beach was AMAZING! I was as happy as the day I got married, 15 years ago!

The villa was beautiful and comfortable. The staff were amazing and took great care of all of us. The food was wonderful and there was nothing we lacked during our stay. Everyone felt pampered and it was totally relaxing. We will definitely be back!
