Sea Salt is a new luxury private villa located on Old Fort Bay just 10 minutes to downtown Ocho Rios and a 5 minute drive to Dunn's River Falls.
Sea Salt has 5-bedrooms in the main villa on the beachfront with two, 2-bedroom cottages set back from the beach with an expanse of tended grass lawns reaching down to the sea. Offering 9 bedrooms and 9 1/2 baths, beachfront, and a top-rated staff! On three acres of beach front land.

90 minutes from the Montego Bay Airport - 5 minute drive to Dunn's River Falls - 10 minute drive into the town of Ocho Rios

Sea Salt is the perfect family or friend’s getaway, situated on beautifully cared for lawns that hug the stunning half-moon beach of Old Fort Bay.
There is a top-notch staff that will shop, cook and look after your every wish!

The villa became famous in the 1970s when The Rolling Stones stayed here while spending time in Jamaica and bringing reggae to the bands musical canvas!

The contemporary space is designed with a calm restorative palette filled with Jamaican artisan’s work. As you enter the villa, there is shallow water surrounding the atrium for a quiet space for evening drinks, a dining room off the professional kitchen, and a sitting room and bar area that open straight to the outside terrace with multiple sitting areas and outside dining.

There are 2 ground floors en-suite bedrooms, all opening onto the terrace, and then 3 en-suite bedrooms on the upper level, which all open onto a long first-floor balcony overlooking the pool and beach, perfect for early morning coffee or late-night sundowners!

The two cottages are fully equipped with two en-suite bedrooms each, the front bedroom opening onto a beach-facing terrace and a fully equipped kitchen and sitting room, that also opens onto the beach-facing terrace.

There are multiple places to rest, relax, dine, and chat, all of them with a view of the ocean in front of the house.

Accommodations:

Each bedroom features air conditioning, a ceiling fan, automated window black-out blinds, and a flat-screen TV with cable access. All bathrooms are en-suite and feature large walk-in showers, a blow dryer, and bathroom amenities.
