Dukes Hideaway is a spacious 6 bedrooms, 6 bath private villa. This villa is about 40 steps to the white sandy "swimming beach" in Silver Sands. All six bedrooms and the the living room have air-conditioning as well as ceiling fans for your comfort

This villa is within the grounds of the gated community called Silver Sands, All guests staying at Duke's Hideaway are welcome to use of the Silver Sands tennis court and club house, beautiful sandy beach ... they have a small water sports center on the beach. There is a full staff to look after you with a cook and housekeeper. There is a lovely plunge pool for cooling off on the patio. Then open the gates to the beach and the open Caribbean sea is all yours to enjoy in your own backyard!

There is a little known history about the Duke's Hideaway. The queen and Duke of Edinburgh visited Jamaica in 1951 and stayed at the Silver Sands resort at the Duke's cottage and the Queens cottage next door - thus this villa has been fondly called the Duke's Hideaway!

Walking in on the ground floor - enter into a very large and spacious dining room, and open plan modern kitchen.
All six bedrooms have air-conditioning as well as the living and dining room.
Seating for at least 12 persons for dining indoors.

Bedroom #1:
Downstairs - a large bedroom which is handicapped friendly, enter on the ground floor with convenient wheelchair ramps.
One Queen bed + one twin bed. Large bathroom with shower and 2 wash basins, bidet.

Bedroom #2:
Upstairs - Bedroom with King bed, sea views, TV, private bath with shower, double sinks and bidet.

Bedroom #3:
Upstairs - Bedroom with King bed, bath with shower & double sinks

Bedroom #4:
Upstairs - 2 twin beds, bathroom with shower & double sinks

Third Top Floor:
Bedroom #5:
Upstairs 3rd floor - King bed with shower & double sinks

Bedroom #6:
Upstairs 3rd floor - Queen bed and a twin bed with en-suite bathroom with shower and double sinks

Infinity swimming pool to enjoy! Pool lounge chairs for comfort.
Go on up another flight for a large open veranda for tropical drinks, views to the sea - the highest level of Dukes Hideaway!

There are times in our lives when God grants all our wishes and gives us his favor. This had to be the time for me and my family. Wonderful Vacation in a beautiful place just yards from the beach with an awesome staff. Words do not explain the level of personal service,patience and graciousness we received from the Duke's Staff. They were totally focused on our comfort and well-being as well as very attentive to details to make our stay memorable. Richard could do it all from bar tending, DJ and facilitating transportation/ excursions.Maxine prepared meals that were truly delicious (we even got a few recipes). She was very mindful of the budget and treated every dollar spent as if it were her own. The staff kept it all clean and comfortable. Thank you ~
