Point of View is a truly spectacular deluxe villa perched on the very topmost position of Barnes Hill. Newly refurbished with wonderful interiors, this Premier rated villa offers breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea from every point. The wonderful spacious veranda is a focus for relaxing, entertaining and dining. From here, views to the sparkling swimming pool seem to be at the edge of the property, then views beyond to the famous Tryall golf course and blue azures of the ocean. The swimming pool offers an infinity overflow edge, and is bordered with a Jamaican cut stone and coral stone deck.

The interiors of the villa reflect the passion felt by the owners for all things beautiful and all the best that Jamaica has to offer. Locally mined cut stone floors on the verandas are unique to this villa, in the bedrooms the floors glow richly with local mahogany gleamingly polished by the attentive staff. Bathrooms of cut stone floors and coral stone walls have bespoke mahogany cabinetry and Waterworks faucets throughout. All bedrooms are air conditioned with ceiling fans. Fine linens and fabrics are carefully chosen for your comfort. There are two large master bedrooms. The true master bedroom has a cut stone private veranda and outside shower that overlooks the lush tropical valley that falls away on the west side - one is at eye level with tree tops and flying birds and in the early morning the mists curl up towards the house from the small river below. Both large bedrooms offer king size beds, large walk in closets and bathrooms. Two of the three other bedrooms have queen size beds and the third, two single beds. All offer ample closets and bathrooms of cut stone and coral stone.

WEST WING - 3 BEDROOMS

Bedroom 1 ~ 1st Master 765-sq-ft suite
Kingsize four-poster bed. Very private verandah overlooking the mountainside and river valley – an amazing private view of untouched forest. 300-sq-ft bathroom with 8’ louvered window wall. Deep bathtub and separate large marble walk-in shower with double showerheads. Also, unique outdoor garden shower with expansive view of mountain and valley.

Bedroom 2 ~ Twin Room 400-sq-ft suite
Adjacent to 1st Master Bedroom. Optional kingsize or twin beds. En-suite bathroom with two white marble sink pedestals and walk-in shower with two showerheads (rainfall and hand-held).

Bedroom 3 ~ 1st Queen Room 360-sq-ft suite
Queensize four-poster bed under an artistic version of Maine lobsters. En-suite bathroom, large open walk-in shower with two showerheads (rainfall and hand-held), mahogany vanity with double vessel sinks.

The large living room shows some of the finest artwork of our Jamaican masters. A large TV and comfortable seating offer viewing for all. TV?s are available for the bedrooms on request.

The house offers WI FI throughout, Complimentary International calls and music.

The gardens are, like the house, representative of the passion for beauty and the rare wonderful cut stone paths and steps lead you to orchards, coconut groves, furnished viewpoints and amazing garden walks spilling over with flowers and birds. Two complimentary golf carts offer guests ease of access to the main property amenities just a 3 minute drive away?the white sand beach, world class golf course and tennis courts, the kids club, shops and restaurants.

The staff of 8 is warm and talented. Conrad your chef will magic up Jamaican coffee in the early morning as you watch the mist in the valley, breakfast overlooking the pool that beckons you in for the first swim of the day, lunch in the gardens surrounded by butterflies and dinner by the waterfall lit by tiki torches and candles.
