Timbuktu Villa is a stunning modern and contemporary oceanfront retreat located in Oracabessa, Jamaica. Enter through beautifully carved doors into an elegant living space that opens onto a covered verandah and dining area, seamlessly connecting to a refreshing pool surrounded by multiple outdoor dining and lounging spaces.
Each bedroom boasts private terraces or balconies with breathtaking sea views and luxurious modern bathrooms. The villa’s interiors showcase a unique blend of influences from Timbuktu, the Middle East, and Asia, creating a captivating atmosphere set against the lush tropical landscape.
The spacious lower lawn features an outdoor BBQ area perfect for casual dining and relaxing, as well as a dedicated space for yoga overlooking the Caribbean Sea.
Guests have private access to a jetty ideal for snorkeling and swimming in calm waters. Just 100 yards offshore is a popular dive site, accessible by shore diving or boat. Situated between two marine sanctuaries, Timbuktu Villa offers exceptional opportunities for snorkeling and scuba diving. At certain times of year, guests may witness turtle releases nearby—a memorable experience for visitors of all ages and a special highlight of the villa’s eco-friendly location.

There is a brick ramp that wheelchairs can be go up to get into the house and the showers are all wheelchair code in width with no lip.

Additional Information
The villa has five bedrooms. Maximum occupancy is 2 people per room. Additionally, the villa has a crib at no charge.
Two rollaway beds are available for $50 per night each ($25 for children 12 and under).
