Welcome to Jam Villa Resort in beautiful and sunny Jamaica.

Think of it - a tropical island, the sheer bliss of basking in the poolside sun, dining under the stars by candlelight in this seven bedroom villa that is great for the whole gang. Wear what you like, and feast when you're hungry on delicious Jamaican home-cooked meals prepared by your personal cook.

Bedrooms are equipped with both ceiling fans and air conditioners - All new mahogany wood furniture in each bedroom - New Spanish tiles throughout.....Fitness area, even while you are vacationing - Billiards and entertainment room ......including dominoes, of course - Cable and satellite television in all bedrooms and living areas.

This property has a large shared swimming pool, a full size tennis and basketball court and romantic gazebo, great for wedding, vow renewals, family reunions and more!

Enjoy outdoor dinning, as the staff to prepare your meal in the outdoor brick oven.

Jam Villa has complimentary wireless Internet service throughout the villa and grounds.

Take a short walk down to Mammee Bay Beach or enjoy Jamaican's many attractions in and around the Ocho Rios area.

SEVEN BEDROOM MAIN HOUSE…
The main house consists of two wings adjoined by large lobby areas, the main dining room and a kitchenette for guests.

This main house has seven bedrooms sleeping 14 guests plus two additional kids using our two fold up beds.

The LEFT WING of the main house includes bedrooms #1, #2 and #3.

These are each equipped with one king sized bed and ensuite bathroom.

The RIGHT WING of the main house includes bedrooms #4, #5, #6 and #7.
Rooms #4 and #5 are the same size and each is equipped with a queen sized bed. They share an adjoining bathroom.
Room #6, our smallest room, is geared for kids and is equipped with two twin sized beds and ensuite bathroom. Access to room #7 is through room #6.
Room #7 is equipped with a king sized bed and ensuite bathroom. Rooms #6 and #7 combined is what we describe as the parents/kids quarters.

SIX POOLSIDE ROOMS
In addition to the main house guests can add our block of six poolside rooms to sleep additional guests.

Spa services can be planned

Emergency staff on property 24 hours.

Seven Bedroom Main House….
Room 1….king size bed, ensuite bathroom.
Room 2….king size bed, ensuite bathroom.
Room 3….king size bed, ensuite bathroom.
Rooms 4 and 5….queen size bed in each, adjoining bathroom.
Room 6 and 7….Parents/kids two bedroom unit with access through room 6.
Room 6….kids’ bedroom with two twin size beds, ensuite bathroom.
Room 7….king size bed, ensuite bathroom.
Two fold-up beds for kids are available in the main house.

The block of six poolside rooms is adjacent to the main house and is next to the lobby.
Rooms #8 and #13 are the largest and are each equipped with two queen sized beds, ensuite bathroom and a kitchenette.
Rooms #9, #10, #11 and #12 are each equipped with a king sized bed and ensuite bathroom.

Grand Functions (151-200 guests)…

Cost for meals for all the function options above:

$50 per guest (choice of fish or chicken with rice and vegetables) Custom menu options available.

We will also refer you to our preferred local decorators, photographers, videographers, dee jays, etc.
