Dragonfly at Tryall - a sensational new villa! Without doubt its most outstanding feature is the breathtaking unobstructed view of the ocean that will take your eyes west toward Lucea and east to the twinkling lights of Montego Bay. This most desirable of views can be enjoyed from all bedrooms, living spaces and the magnificent 100 feet swimming pool.

Designed and built with no compromise, Dragonfly is a statement of the ultimate in luxury villa living. Soaring ceilings, floor-to-ceiling doors, deep verandas and wide terraces facilitate a perfect circulation of air – an attribute that is ever-present thanks to the elevated location. With style influences that refer to contemporary as well as traditional, from both the east and the west - the emphasis is on style and luxury ... yet comfortable living.

On the upper entrance level are four bedrooms including the master bedroom with an over-sized bathroom retreat and private hot tub and sun deck. The exceptionally capacious free-flowing living spaces are comprised of a living area, bar, dining and informal sitting veranda and an extra indoor dining room that can double as a board room for executive retreats.

From the living area you can walk out onto a stunning gazebo which affords full advantage of the surrounding ocean panorama as well as magnificent views of the Tryall Club itself, including the championship golf course.

Three additional luxurious bedrooms are on the lower level off the pool terrace and the enormous heated swimming pool with gazebo which is the largest pool at Tryall. All bedrooms enjoy private baths with double showers and their own private exterior seating areas.

To add to the fabulous amenities at Dragonfly guests will enjoy a basketball court, putting green, home theater, fully equipped gym as well as a fully stocked games room with x-box and table tennis.

The professional, charismatic villa team comprises a Head of House, Chef, Butler, Assistant Butler, Laundress, Housekeeper and Gardeners.

THE HANOVER SUITE:
The large and luxurious Hanover Suite sits at on the Upper East side of the Villa. The suite enjoys spectacular views and has two private terrace areas. To the North, a spacious private balcony with walkable access to the pool. To the West, the Hanover Suite has a private heated plunge pool and large sun terrace replete with loungers.

A huge en-suite bathroom is equipped with a full bath, a massive walk-in shower (10' x 5') with two full shower systems. The shower opens out to the private terrace and has its own spectacular view. There are large closets providing for ample storage.

THE HIGHBURY SUITE:
The large and luxurious Highbury Suite is located at the Upper East side of the Villa, next to the Hanover Suite. The suite enjoys spectacular views and has a large private terrace. This bedroom can be configured with a King bed or alternatively, with two twins (XL's).

A 55" 4K HDTV sits above a useful chest of drawers and next to a comfortable seating area and leather top writing desk. There are also large closets providing for ample storage. The terrace, provides walkable access to both the pool and the Upper Verandah. A well-appointed en-suite bathroom is equipped with a large walk-in shower (6' x 4' 6") with two full shower systems. The shower looks out to sea and tall doors open out directly from the bathroom terrace to a landscaped lawn.

THE BATTERY SUITE:
The large and luxurious Battery Suite sits on the Upper West side of the Villa. The suite enjoys spectacular views and has a beautiful spacious balcony with glass railings. This bedroom can be configured with a King bed or alternatively, with two twins (XL's).

A 55" 4K HDTV sits above a chest of drawers and next to a comfortable seating area and leather top writing desk. There are also large closets providing for ample storage. A well-appointed en-suite bathroom is equipped with a large walk-in shower (6' 8" x 4' 6") with two full shower systems. The shower looks out to sea and tall windows open out directly from the bathroom to the panorama beyond.

THE BEDFORD SUITE:
The luxurious Bedford Suite sits on the Upper West side of the Villa. The suite enjoys spectacular views and has a beautiful spacious balcony with glass railings.

A generous foyer leads to large walk-in closet area and over-sized marble and travertine bathroom. A 55" 4K HDTV sits above a chest of drawers and next to a comfortable seating area and leather top writing desk. There are also large closets providing for ample storage. This bedroom can be configured with a King bed or alternatively, with two twins (XL's).

The well-appointed en-suite bathroom is equipped with a very large walk-in shower (8' 7" x 4' 6") with two full shower systems. The shower has windows on 3 sides for a truly panoramic view. This bathroom has an oversized shower and wc entry and grab bars. It also has a large bathtub, framed by plantation shutters.

THE HUDSON SUITE:
The Hudson Suite is a large bedroom that sits on the Lower West side of the Villa. The suite enjoys spectacular views and has a beautiful spacious terrace that steps onto a landscaped lawn, that in turn leads to the pool. This bedroom can be configured with a King bed or alternatively, with two twins (XL's).

A 55" 4K HDTV sits above a chest of drawers and next to a comfortable seating area and leather top writing desk. The suite also also has large closets providing for ample storage. A well-appointed en-suite bathroom is equipped with a large walk-in shower (6' 8" x 4' 6") with two full shower systems. The shower looks out to sea and tall doors open out directly from the bathroom to the panorama beyond.

THE GOWER SUITE:
The expansive Gower Suite sits on the Lower West side of the Villa. This suite enjoys spectacular views and opens out to both the West and the North. The Gower Suite has a walk out terrace that connects to a beautiful landscaped lawn that in turn leads directly to the pool. A generous foyer leads to large walk-in closet area and over-sized marble and travertine bathroom.

A 55" 4K HDTV sits above a chest of drawers and next to a comfortable seating area and leather top writing desk. There is also a large closet providing for ample storage. This bedroom can be configured with a King bed or alternatively, with two twins (XL's). The well-appointed en-suite bathroom is equipped with a very large walk-in shower (8' x 4' 6") with two full shower systems. The shower has full doors that open onto a private area for an indoor-outdoor shower experience.

THE FAIRFIELD SUITE:
The Fairfield Suite sits right on the pool deck. This very large suite enjoys spectacular views and opens out to both the North and the East. The Fairfield Suite has a private walk out terrace that connects to the pool deck. There is a ample closet space nestled in the marble and travertine bathroom.

A 55" 4K HDTV sits above a chest of drawers and next to a comfortable seating area and leather top writing desk. This bedroom is normally configured with two full beds (XL) but could also be configured with a King bed or even three twins (XL's).

The well-appointed en-suite bathroom is equipped with a very large walk-in shower (8' x 4' 6") with two full shower systems. The bathroom has full doors that open onto a private area that brings the outside in.
