Built in the traditional Jamaican plantation style, the beautifully appointed 4 bedroom Main Villa and 4 bedroom Guest house, are surrounded by exquisitely manicured gardens, sprawling lawns and tropical trees. There are magnificent views of the Caribbean and verdant property from every room. The air-conditioned comfortable interiors, spacious verandas, and breezy galleries, are accented with original Jamaican art and beautiful hand carved mahogany furniture made by master Jamaican craftsman. Sugar Hill is situated on a gorgeous three-acre property atop Barnes Hill at the magnificent Tryall Club. There is a spacious four-bedroom villa and four-bedroom guest house. Every room boasts spectacular views of the glittering Caribbean Sea, curvaceous northwest coastline, or Jamaican hills. Its manicured gardens are a showcase for the islands most luscious and exotic tropical flowers and birds. The heated 42 x 22 foot aqua glass tiled pool and hot tub are just steps away from both houses.

Both the villa and guest house are filled with original Jamaican art and many beautiful pieces of hand-carved Mahogany furniture. The living room is beautifully decorated with comfortable couches, club chairs and ottomans. A game table, stereo, CD and iPod player are available for guests enjoyment, as well as a movie screen for private viewing. The formal indoor dining room can seat 16 at a custom designed table, or dine outside under a beautiful flowed trellis.

GUEST COTTAGE

*All three ground-level bedrooms open to a long shaded porch overlooking the pool and grounds.
*All four Cottage bedrooms connect to en-suite bathrooms of glass, granite and Travertine marble.
*The fourth bedroom is extraordinary: upstairs and literally in the treetops! This very private large suite is a hideaway on high. From its wide balcony, the prize view is a dramatic expanse of the northwest coastline, the Caribbean Sea to the distant horizon and unforgettable sunsets.

The villa derives its name from its sugar tower - an indoor/outdoor room made from hand cut stone with beautiful arched doorways. The area is perfect for a romantic dinner, yoga, massage, even a wedding ceremony. There is a sundeck atop the sugar tower with great panoramic views - superb for stargazing.

The villa has a recreation room that can be enjoyed by all ages, including pool, ping pong and foosbal tables, board games and puzzles. Creativity can be practiced in the villa's very own private pottery studio! (private lessons can be arranged; supervision required). Exercise in the private gym, or relax in the sitting room with TV and wet bar.
